The Keeper 13 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down ensures durability and reliability when it comes to securing cargo. It features a steel ratchet, an open grip handle, and an endless loop end. To engage attach the loop to an anchor point, pull webbing to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and ratchet by raising and lowering the handle.
