The Keeper 30 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant wide 2 in. Hi-Test webbing to secure your cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with durable chrome finish steel ratchet handle and double J-hooks. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull webbing over load and to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks cargo into place. Perfect for medium to large demanding cargos and applications.
