Faster dry time ensures quality finish keeping dust dirt grass and bugs from ruining the surface. Smooth durable rust fighting finish and superior corrosion protection - with or without primer. Use on: Wood metal wicker glass plaster ceramic concrete and masonry. Use ordinary household detergent or mineral spirits to make sure surface is clean dull and dry. Remove any loose paint or rust with a wire brush sandpaper or steel wool. Surface should appear dull or matte. Lightly sand glossy surfaces with fine grain sandpaper and wipe clean with a tack cloth.
